Not a good week to start here in uk.I was in Hallamshire hospital last week for my rabies injection and felt awkward as they wanted me to stay in an isolation room after just having a small scratch from a puppy when was in phillipines but actually puppy not bite me.after calling mum in phillipines they ask me if am alright they just wondered as it was two weeks ago when i played with the puppy and got a scratch from my right hand.then they told me that if possible i have to undergo anti rabies injection because puppy not feeling well but it was not because of the scratched on my hand i got from him it was because our neighbors dog bite our puppy.then parents just want me to be in the safe side and for assurances they want me to have these anti rabies injection but never expected they consider me like having a serious disease or something and me ended up in isolation room:bigcry: .i dont wanna stay there because its not thats serious i am for them to put me there.im not afraid for the scratched i`ve got form my puppy its the virus from that isolation room.we wonder who was in that room before.never been treated that way before.in phillippines anti rabies iunjection is nothing, they`ll just give you shot and not necessarily you`ll have to be in isolation room.but anyway i`ve got 6 injections and 2 more to go.have to go to the center not in hospital now.what a big differences in two country.:yikes: but glad in a way that they gave me anti rabies thing and not necessarily to stay in hospital.

Maybe they think that you'll suddenly become rabid and start biting other patients in the hospital! :omg:

On the serious side, what you went through wasn't so bad with just 8 injections. When I was younger I got bitten by a rabid dog and I got stitched up and had 24 shots of anti rabies. :bigcry:
