How do you insert photos after your posts?

I can see the Insert Image Icon but after clicking it, it asks me of a link. I don't know how to go about it. I am used to a command to browse pics on pc and upload it.

Click the INSERT IMAGE icon in the editor box... next to the envelope ;)
