We have been using Skype for our communications for a long time now and as long as the person in the Philippines has computer/laptop or a mobile/cell phone with Internet access and/or an Internet connection then by using 3 (Three communications) in the UK you can have a Skype application on your mobile/cell phone with unlimited time/calls so you can talk as long as you wish for free, If you get a pay as you go then after your first top-up/load then you can still use Skype even if your credit runs out
""Don't forget you can use Skype and Windows Live Messenger for free (with a compatible mobile) without ever topping up. You can also use your free stuff when you’ve run out of credit.""
Best just visit Three.co.uk and see what they are offering.
I have been with them for more than three years and every time I renew my contract (after telling them that I am stopping it) I always get a nice new phone and a higher package at a lower rate as they do good customer loyalty rewards, I would also recommend if you are thinking about using three in the UK make sure of the coverage in the place/places where you are likely to be using it most as coverage can be sporadic.
There is also an appliocation called FRING that is spose to enable video calling from your mobile useing msn yahoo ect but I havent tried this app. just looks good if it does what it says on the tin.
Play nicely ppl :Jump:

Yep we have two of the orignal Skype phones which work over time and dont pay a penny for them now:xxgrinning--00xx3:

Fring video calling is not bad but as the mobile companies become very heavy on Data allowances could be costly but very good if using WI FI:)
