the brit embassy gave me a tel number for the department of social welfare and development that would be able to give advise, but waist of time as tried to call them on ther landline and number seems to have been disconected and the cell number they gave me rings but never any answer.. told brit embassy and told them but all they said was thats the numbers they have been issued:cwm23: i hate rp

i wonder if there could be a problem with who has custody of the kids (usually the mother) :Erm:
what are their ages ? becuase in the phils below the age of 7 the mother automatically gets custody

how old are your kids?...if your wife would agree that u can take them then there will be no problem...but if she wont then thats a real big problem..if the kids are under 7 years old the custody of the child always get by the mother (unless u prove the authority that she is not a good mother to her kids)..then when they reach the age of seven the court would then let the kids to choose whom they want to stay with either with mother or father...hope that helps :)

hi gparry, thanks for reply, my kids are 2years and oldest nearly 4years, my wife will not let me bring my kids to uk, i went 2 rp in june to try and she got the police and i was taken to local police station, they did tell me that i have 2 prove shes a bad mother, but they didnt say that the kids have 2 be 7years old 2 bring them to uk if i can prove that she is. the brit embassy said i dont need to get permision to leave with them at the airport in rp as they got brit passports and brit birthcerts..

you dont have custody of the kids junior, like the embassy said local law states the mother automatically has custody of the children under 7 unless the mother is not fit as gparry has said.
