... 'Last Night At The Proms' ... well ... last night?! Lived up to its usual high standards - EXCEPT that, disappointingly, Scotland "drew the short straw" - AGAIN :rolleyes: - in so far as the ...:Erm: ..."outside" [of the Royal Albert Hall] broadcasts featured the vast audience at the Caird Hall, Dundee a couple of times only. :bigcry: Whereas, by contrast, the throngs gathered together in London's Hyde Park, Salford, Swansea and Hillsborough, County Down were spotlighted (even if momentarily) on numerous occasions throughout the programme.

Typical "British" Broadcasting Corporation - they ought to be lambasted for "racial" discrimination! :angry:

I just dipped in for a while Arthur, when the singer was on and just couldn`t get into it, watched Vera Lynn last night and surprised myself. It was a quick biography of her life and found myself watching it to the end. :xxgrinning--00xx3:
