I just signed up a couple of months ago but still have troubles posting and still trying to get the hang of things around here :Help1:

I'm glad to find an online Filipino community such as this and I am really looking forward to meet new Pinay friends. I have been living here in London since July 2008 and still have not managed to meet any fellow Pinoys properly. Would be nice to keep in touch with fellow Kababayans :Wave:.

Just to clarify, I really am looking for friends only :D
I was initially planning to migrate back to Manila but fate put me into a long-term relationship with a loving Briton instead :cwm38:, so it looks like I will be stuck here for a while :Britain:.

I just miss the company of Filipinos. It would be nice to make friends with some . :Wave:

Hi Daks, the Wife works in Uxbridge loads of Phills about due to the airport and hospital, but many seem to keep themsleves to themsleves like all Londoners. Plenty of the Pinays i see hang around Chimes and the Pavilions mall bored and many seem happy to chat:)

There is a Hillingdon association which we went along for the Christmas do. Also there is as you may know a Phill foods shop in West Dayton Fairfield road just along from the Tescos and of course Mandheys in Hounslow if you cant be bothered to travel up to Earls court on the Picadilly line
