Wayne Rooney has locked himself on a collision course with Sir Alex Ferguson by claiming he is not injured and has not been injured all season.

Rooney rubbished Ferguson's story that the Manchester United and England striker had been struggling with the ankle he damaged in April and would need a three-week break.

I've just heard on the Radio that Ferguson is expected to follow his usual procedure and bottle out of the Friday Press Conference to avoid facing awkward questions on Rooney and his so called injury :D
