If a business call I tell them that the company is in receivership, they usually cant get off the line quick enough :icon_lol:
Get very few telesales calls at home, some door knockers (illiterate Pikeys excluded) are dissuaded by the No Cold Callers & Doorstoppers We Do Not Buy or Sell on The Doorstep stickers. Otherwise I just don't open the door or tell em we signed up a five year contract with N Power, Virgin, BT, British Gas etc last week.

Everytime I get a call from those 'Are you in debt, we can help' companies, I just say to them, that I won the lotto, but they cannot tell anyone, as it is a secret, I do not hear from them again. :icon_lol::icon_lol:

If anyone calls or rings I tell them I'm moving house next week....to Australia.
They're gone. :)
If it's a young lady's voice on the phone I start to chat her up, if nothing else to do. :icon_lol:
