Actually a CENOMAR is not required - please see my previous thread on this (about a month ago). If you see the VFS Global requirements for fiancee visa it does not mention a CENOMAR. I double checked with them and they confirmed that it is not required although the embassy may check directly with NSO if they think something is suspicious e.g. if the name on your birth cert is different from your passport.

hello jhellymay, have you submitted your papers already? I'm planning to submit mine by Wednesday? any advice regarding what should be included? I'm freaking out and paranoid at the same time. I always do review the checklist for fiancée visa and we can provide everything its just that I don't want to miss something. thanks in advance
