He has already indicated employees of multinational firms will be exempt from the government's immigration cap.

:Erm: so multi-nationals could bring who they wanted here and be exempt from any cap:doh:angry:, for example large Indian IT companies could bring people to the UK and sub contract them out :NoNo:
