is CAVA still available in the Philippines?

any suggestions for how to avoid long lines during application?
or are they strict about appointments? that once it is your scheduled time for submission you don't have to wait in line?

Afraid not. You can pay a fee for them to come and visit you in your house with the equipment, but thats probably well beyond any sensible budget.
The system involves them taking your biometric details, so you must attend. The queue's aren't particularly long, and it should be pretty easy.
