why is your b/f's mother sponsoring you if you have 100,000php in your bank account?

you need to get this visa app perfect or you will be refused again and again :NoNo:

hi itchelle, i've read your other post stating the same concern. i'm not sure if i read it right, but perhaps the visa office is getting confused on how you get your 100,000 pesos when you are unemployed yourself? your brother's land titles and business registrations, and possibly all his wealth has nothing to do with your application -- it's your application, not his. your boyfriend not having a job at the moment doesn't help too.

Joebloggs is absolutely right.

itchelle,
I can feel your frustration and stress, which does really sadden me.
So please accept my apology if this message sounds hard, but I am only trying to help you.
As joe Bloggs said, you next application really needs to be perfect.

Regarding finacials, You have said you want to be 5 months to uk and you B/F has no job. This means you have to convince the ECO that you have sufficient funds.
It seems you are not employed. You have only P100,000 in your bank account. From where you get this? Anyway, this is not sufficent in the view of the ECO to support you in UK and also to purchase the return ticket.
In my opinion for 5months in UK as a vistor you would need at least P200,000 + return air ticket. But have no income!!
You have based your application, it seems, on your brother's available assets, which does not mean your own.
Also you have not convinced the ECO that you have strong enough reason to return to the philippines after 5months. You have no employer to support your application, you have no firm title to property.
You really need to think in the view of the ECO. What is it that will bring you back to your home country??
Please please think on these issue from the point of view of the ECO. You are the applicant. Not your brother.
What happens if your B/F or his mother cannot support you or if the accommodation is in any way insecure?
What if your brother cannot help you financially if something goes wrong whilst you are in UK??
Try to think how to convince the ECO of all these things.
General Visitor visa can be so difficult.
The issue of not having any previous foreign is just another way of saying the ECO has no confidence in your abilities to visit and to return.
Again sorry to this. No offence is intended. But please think on this.
I do not want you will have so many refusal of visa.

I'm sorry to learn you've had the misfortune to be turned down twice for a tourist visa. If you'll forgive me for saying so  ... part of the problem is you aren't working at present, and consequently, cannot satisfy the British Embassy that you will definitely return home within the timeframe such a visa would allow. :NoNo: Indeed, it is usually the main reason why so many applications of this type are refused. And, the situation is compounded by the fact that your boyfriend himself doesn't have a job either ... since HE would be expected to support you financially throughout your entire stay - without becoming reliant on public funds.

:welcomex: to the filipino forum, however.

Why can't you're boyfriend get off his :action-smiley-081: and visit you? :Erm:

just because you have money doesn't guarantee you'll get a visit visa, you need to demonstrate you will return back to the phils b4 your visa expires..

it can be a bit of a lottery with a visit visa :NoNo:
