If any of you are car and TG fanatics like me, there are 2 new Xmas specials on BBC2 over Xmas:
Tues 21st Dec 8PM - Another US road trip in 3 super exotics
Sunday 26th Dec 8PM - The 3 wise men take a road trip to Bethlehem in 3 old knackered roadsters.
That's my Xmas TV viewing sorted out, the telly wont go on at any other time :D

:NoNo: nor for Eastenders, Coronation St, X Factor, Come Dancing or any of the other dross that is on TV. If there's a decent movie on, I might watch that, and I'll have the usual fighting between the kids over who gets control of the TV for either kids TV, a DVD or the games console :icon_lol:

Yeah, I love the Maranello magic...watching the trailor for the upcoming shows, they showed some clips of an F40 and a 288GTO:hubbahubba::hubbahubba: Can't wait for those either.
911's are great everyday sportscars, very useable and reliable, typically German, but they don't have any soul. I've never felt any emotion or special whenever I've driven one. I've come close to buying several 911's (993 and 996's) over the years, but when I get in one and drive it, it doesn't have the same magical feeling I get whenever I sit in an Italian thoroughbread.....I miss my old 308 and 328's:bigcry:

My friend has a bike-engined 'Indy' 7-type kit car that he took round the ring last summer.
