hi guys just t to ask what is my next step after settlement visa? when do i need to apply for leave to remain? and can i work on my spouse visa? can i also learn how to drive here in the uk and get a british licence or even a probitional licence only? any idea?

After you have lived legally in the UK for two years, you will be able to apply for permission to settle here. This is known as 'indefinite leave to remain'..do not send your application more than 28 days before you become eligible to apply. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/settlement/
