I used to go out with a filipina years ago.
Gen was working over here as a croupier onboard same ferry as myself.
Most eye opening moments of my life beautiful mannerable quiet but brilliant to talk to and spend time with. Turned out that she was only over for that amount of time because of the job.
1wk Before she went home i had a rather close family member pass away, And instead of saying to her this has happened i said nothing and let her go!!!

I felt bad for sometime after that and eventually managed to get in contact with her, I'm so happy for her married and a little 1 on the way i truly am delighted for her.

After meeting Gen and seeing 1st hand the values she placed on life, enjoyment and showing me what really is important in life and to strive towards better thing's for myself and loved one's.
And non of this superficial nonsense.

Enjoy the little thing's.

All the best Adam, lot's of good advice on here for what to look out for and be careful of. Even though most Filipina's are honest, genuine and very loving, there are still some that see you as a passport out of poverty and a meal ticket for them and their extended family...but don't be put off by that, it will be worth it when you meet the right one, and in the meantime enjoy yourself looking:icon_lol:

Fil Heart's ok, just remember to be on your guard, and don't expect the first girl you chat with to be your future wife. There are plenty of genuine girls on FH, and no doubt a few scammers too. If you can try to get a FB add too so that you can look at photo's, and read through back comments ...etc to build up more of a picture
