hello everyone its nivea here..
i just got married with bruce last december 28 2010.:heartshape1: and
we are planning to apply for a settlement visa for me and our 3yr old son,
i am just wondering if does it have to be a separate application for me and our son? does it mean we have to pay twice the amount of what the settlement visa application cost???:yikes::yikes: thanks...

well its 2 fees :NoNo:
is the bio father mentioned on your sons birth certificate ?
you need to show you have 'sole responsibility' for your son.
make sure you get your visa app right first time

my son got his fathers surname BUT we never married..after 5 yrs of the relationship we had! lolz he ran after i gave birth
i thought we was gonna get married after giving birth thats why i agreed to put his surname:doh
one more question please what do i need to show that i have 'sole responsibilty' ? thank u in advance

have you lived with your son all his life ?
if so you should not have a problem with 'sole responsibility'
