Dear Sir/Madam

hope you fine . i would like to obtain to post this question and hopefully i will have the answer from you guys. i would like to apply for indefinite in UK. My current status :-

1. student has limited leave to remain.
2. Non-UK or EU student
3.i have been granted student loan to carry on my study. when i apply for the student loan company i sent my original passport.
4. just graduated from University.
5.living in UK from AUG 2003. as VISTER 2 YEARS AND AS student 6,
6. can i apply for Indefinite Leave to remain

i know my case is an unusual case. i really need to know if i can apply for INDEFINITE because i have to pay back my student loan.

My nationality is Jordanian, visa expire date 31 DEC 2010, have BSc(Hons) information systems with business management , profession: system analysis profession .

its 10 years legal residency to be able to apply for ILR
so from what you've said no you can't apply for ILR..

and how can you live in the UK as a visitor for 2 yrs? how long did you spend in the uk in those 2yrs ?

you need to be in the UK 10yrs ! unless you've been on a work permit or are married to a Brit or European.
