hi just like to share some of my worries to see if yous can put my mind at rest ,, as soon as me and my wife get our sons british passport we will start the application process for my wifes settlement visa , i just got told some bad news that because ive had a outstanding tax bill this could go against her application ,, iam in the middle of appeal against the tax bill as it was cause because of a bad acountant i used but hope 2 get it all sorted soon ,,, if it does go against us would my wife beable to use my brother on the appliction as the sponsor ,, its just heart breaking thinking that it will go against us all help will be much appreaciated

3rd party financial support was not allowed until recently, but i dont think its being implemented yet by the Home Office, as far as i know its probably not a good idea to use a 3rd party sponsor for your finances at the mo.
