Hi all
The wife and me are looking at going back to the Phils for a holiday sometime around June this year. We want to get some new furniture organised before we get there so there's more time relaxing and less time arguing in shops. Anyway does anyone konw of any furniture shops in Tacloban, ideally with a website? It's a long shot as Tacloban isn't known for being all that modern with fancy things such as department stores with webpages.

Stu, do what we did and go to a local woodwork shop and get your things made. We had a beautiful bed and six place dining table and chairs made for a fraction of shop prices. We also just bought a salaset, it is advertised all over the mall, so we had it done in a material that we both liked.
I will try to attach a few pics. The hand made stuff was chosen by my mahal, i think they had an old Ikea catalogue which they use for reference, and made it how she wanted. Really good quality. Might be worth a thought. :)
