I just want to asked anyone who can give me information about one of the requirement that the VFS had mentioned to me when i contacted them that i must include a signed application checklist. I been trying to go to the website they direct me but i can't find the checklist the i need to signed. Can anyone tell me where can i download it? Many thanks

the checklist is included in the attached (fiancee) form in the VFS website...
i guess you're applying for fiancee visa, just download it then you will find the checklist there.

Thanks for the tips, i have tried to download the fiancee form also known as VAF4A but i cant find that checklist that the VFS mean that i need to sign. Instead they give me a link but everytime i open it it will direct me to a form titled Guide to supporting documents Settlements. So i am very confused as the VFS said that this checklist i have to sign it..

Hi Chikky, I was asked the same document as well but unfortunately, I didn't manage to produce it, so they gave me a copy you just have to pay.

Hi Madz,
So this is the checklist they are asking for? Where are we going to sign it. i have a link here try to open it if u have this kind of document when you lodge your visa. http://www.vfs-uk-ph.com/images/Settlement_sponsored_by_fiance.pdf.. have u encountered this? i think this is the checklist they mean caused you have to sign underneath.. thanks

Yes I even had it with me but not required anymore! I was asked the latest one re: the link I gave to you... that lady behind the counter asked me to sign at the back of the last page, but don't sign it yet only when you get to the VFS office as they are going to stamp it with VFS verification thing or something.....:xxgrinning--00xx3:

I had it prepared, signed & submitted but they don't need this one apparently...
