I'm not sure I agree with their claim that they are the World's 5 star airline, from my own experience, they are OK no major problems, but not as good as Emirates,

I fly with them over Christmas, the flight out thought was good coz it was a newer plane I think but coming back was not a 5 star service but would use them again
