i am just new here in the site ,:Erm: i wanted to know how will i be able to respond or send a massage from my inbox,it said i have a limited acces,cant understand that at all.plss help

hi ampy, mine is the same, i think it is something to do with the privilages you earn , as you use the site you earn more, i dont completly understand this yet, but, our site leaders wil know, and give you the answer when they read your question , :) , i would also like to know more on how to earn that,
