Hi there!
I'm new to the forum. Quick introduction: I am a French man living in UK since recently, and I met my GF in the Philippines where i worked for about 8 months.
Thanks to the very useful information I've found on this forum I have (i guess) most of the documentation we'll need to get her a fiancée visa.
There is one thing though I am still not sure of: how to prove our intention to marry.
I don't know much of the process, and even less of the process in England.
My understanding is that giving notice of marriage in my local Register Office can only be done once she is here, is that right? So that won't do as a proof. I don't know what can be used instead.
Can anyone help us?
Many thanks in advance for you help.
