hi all,
i have a question regarding my wifes spouse visa application, she suffers from a health condition known as hughes syndrome, do u think for the reasons of the application we should include this information? the reason i ask is because i am wondering whether it would be a plus, for example saying that she needs to come here sooner(as i am concerned about her health) or do u think we should disclose this info as they may think we she will use the nhs more than say a healthy person? eg using public funds?
any ideas/opinions/facts guys? :)

i personally wouldn't mention it,
because i don't think it will make any difference to how quick your visa app will be processed and also don't reveal information your not asked about, and like scousers:Rasp: , keep it simple :xxgrinning--00xx3: dont complicate it :NoNo:

hi all,
they may think we she will *use the nhs more than say a healthy person? eg using public funds?
any ideas/opinions/facts guys? :)

Which ... as your wife ... she will be *entitled to do! But :iagree: with Joe ... the issue isn't relevant to her application, so why raise it!?

I don't think there are any questions pertaining to your spouse/partner's health history in the visa application form. It would be discriminatory if they depend their decision based on just that alone.
