Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini says Mario Balotelli is unlikely to face Chelsea after the striker was shown a red card against Dynamo Kiev.

Mancini needs to be dropped from a great height for signing this plank. The writing was on the wall when Mourinho couldn't cope with his antics at Inter and labelled him 'unmanageable'.
