hello Gift if its for settlement this the supporting doc check list also i attached a sponsor undertaking form i filled one in to go with my fiancees daughters application form

i have this guidance for supporting documents at hand but on the confirmation letter for my dauhgters appointment it said to also bring the print out of the document checklist.i remembered when i applied for my visa 3 years ago,i have a separate paper that i checked and signed and submitted it together with my application form and documents. but i couldnt find it anywhere else.it said that it can be found at the vfs website but i dont know where to look anymore as i've looked and didnt find it.
my daughter is going to manila tomorrow to submit her documents on wednesday may 11 2011

the one you have to tick and sign seems to have a broken link on the home office website but this is the other one

I used the spouse settlement documents checklist because my daughter joined me with my application but then the lady in VFS handed me a different checklist when i submitted the application for my daughter...just ask the processor in the vfs am sure they got one for free.:xxgrinning--00xx3:
