Sir Philip Green's headquarters were raided last night by the UK Border Agency after illegal immigrants were found working there.

What's the penalty for the owner of a company that has illegals working for it? It will be interesting to see if Billionaire Sir Green gets treated the same way as a lowly shop or restaurant owner for the same offence:NoNo::rolleyes:

Indeed it will, Ian! And I certainly hope so; in fact, he'd better had ... because - unless the "green" light is given for a prosecution - the small shopkeepers and/or restauranters have every justification for seeing RED! :angry:

As Arthur says its Upto £10,000 for each but its the company thats liable and it will depend if the employees used forged or stolen papers as t9o what happens
