Hello!
Could someone please advice me? I arrived here in UK last October 5, 2009 and my spouse visa will expire on Dec 2011. Due to some personal circumstances, I didn't change my surname immediately. My maiden name is indicated both in my passport and visa. Now, everything is settled and I wanted to change use my husband's surname in all my documents (like my bank account, bills, etc). I've found out that I can change my surname by going to the Deed Poll. But I am just concern if this will affect my ILR application, since my passport and visa is registered under my maiden name? I'm confused. I try as well to check some info at UKBA website but it seems there's no information about my situation. Please help. Thanks very much in advanced. :xxgrinning--00xx3:
