i havent read all of it, why not just meet up first and see how it goes and if that goes well and she likes you etc...the rest of the week will follow.

Sounds like she's dominated by the Mother, it's a tough decision but I'd be inclined to lay it on the line - tell her that you would like and expect to be able to spend more time getting to know her given that she's tantalisingly close but only here for a short while. If she's unwilling or unable then I think it would be time to move on. Plenty more Filipinas in the sea.

I've replied on that thread, maybe you are not on her priority list at the moment....give her a time...the next time you see each other ask her if she likes you as a friend or more than a friend?then start from there because i can sense that you like her a lot Tim .it will be nice if she should be the first to know about how you feel and how she feels about you but dont expect a lot ..Goodluck!!:)
