I know ScottLigaya commented about the plant on a now closed thread.
Not so sure if it can be described as production as the car is bolted together from a kit with apparently just the engine and electrics emanating from Longbridge. Even that sounds a bit far fetched as I'd suspect the engine only involves a casting with all the components being brought in, likewise since when did any car manufacturer make their own electrics - Lucas, Bosch etc do that.
2 other observations - we used to export kits for assembly around the world and the true home of the MG is Abingdon Oxon not Longbridge
