Manchester United striker Michael Owen says he is disappointed after being booed by Newcastle fans during Tuesday's 0-0 draw at St James' Park.

i thought he had 1 year left at liverpool before they decided to give him the boot and cash in on him, sadly for him he's had to many injuries and i thought he would of done more at utd :Erm:

Yep, he was always injured so we got more for him than we should have.... same with Torres .... good old scouse team manages to rip-off the competition :icon_lol:

Many people thought after scoring that goal for England v Argentina in WC 98 as a raw teenager, he'd go on to be a world beater but it didn't happen. Apart from his pace and finishing ability (but only when given too much space) he's not that good.
