Good day
We are planning to apply spouse visa soon..let say , I will be in my 6 months pregnancy by the time i will apply for spouse visa in May , and if it happen that it will take few weeks or after few months after we will receive the result .
For instance, the visa will approve and the international airlines will not allow me to travel anymore by air because im more than 34 or 36 weeks and let say by that time I will plan to leave the Philippines with visa approve, I already gave birth to our baby here in Phil .
My question is , do I need to re apply again for the spouse visa with a child already? or I will just get british passport for my baby?.( my british husband is the father of the baby ).
hope you could give me advice with this matter ..hope to hear from your response..thank you..

your baby is a british citizen by descent and will not require a visa for UK if the british citizen father is named on the birth certificate.
yes , you will be needing a british passport for your baby..check this link http://ukinthephilippines.fco.gov.uk/en/help-for-british-nationals/passports/

Hi im not sure were you get exit clearance for your child, but i would of thought burea of immigration. I arrived at the airport in manila for our flight to uk with wife and 2 kids last month and didnt know this until the immigration officer asked for certificate, and wen i told him i didnt know about this he said i had to pay 2550 for each child, i said i didnt have the money, and coudnt pay. After 30mins of me and my wife asking him to let us go whithout paying the money, he did after asking my wife wen will she return to philippines as he said if she and the kids return within the next 6months he would lose his job. My children also have philippine pports, but the immigration officer did not ask us if we had and that if we did we woud not need exit clearance.Much better you check with the burea of immigration and c what they say.It seems its another way the philippine goverment can bleed money from the forerigner.
