inquiry about CFO seminar and sticker

hi everyone

I am married to a british man .I will just ask if it happen that I will apply a spouse visa using my single name in my passport,do I need to get a CFO certificate?

And if in case my visa will be approve, do I need to go the CFO office to get a sticker to attach in my passport ?

Hi there! Good luck with your visa application. Yes you'll need CFO seminar sticker before your allowed to leave your country on a Spouse visa regardless if you use your maiden name.

yes you need CFO sticker on your passport, to apply for this CFO certificate and sticker, you need your NSO marriage certificate,your hubby's birth certificate,yours, if divorce need divorce certificate, and certain fee...
