Ready to lodge my application please help

Hello everyone am new here so forgive me if i flood my post lots of questions :) I am lodging my application for spouse visa next month and am on my process of double checking all my requirements and documents. First id like to know if there is a checklist needed for spouse visa and if yes, do anyone know how i can download the form online?any link? cant seem to find it on the british embassy :(

Another concern that i do have now is that, my husband is on sick leave now for a month due to bad back will this help to give the embassy a reason for me to go there?and if someone is paying for my trip will this be a disadvantage on my application? My sister would like to pay for my trip to UK since she will be coming over me to visit her in laws in UK as well and would like to know my in laws in UK.

I don't think your husbands bad back will have any influence on the ECO at all. :D

Usually the sponsor is funding transportation. Does the application form ask who is paying ?? I can't recall now

sorry i think i did not make myself clear with the bad back lol :) my husband is sick and needs me there to take care of him, i am thinking of also including my husband medical records or sick notes from doctor to include on my application to prove my husband needs me as much as i do need to get over there. i just thought it will help.

in the application form it is asking who is paying for the travel to go UK, as in my case, it would be my sister instead of hubby as she wants to go with me and meet up my in laws :)

So sorry MLH, in that case it may help a little bit, but please don't count on it too much.
Better you will comply with all other requirements.
