The passport picture, the finger and thumb, obviously photoshopped on. Check the white lines around the edges, the straight tip of the finger. The answer was in the comments below the story anyway.

The picture comes from Geo News, wonder who submitted the pic, why they would do that :Erm: And what else in the pic is doctored Once again lazy jouralism by the DM :doh
