Hello Everyone!
I also stumbled accross this site and the reason I did was I needed some guidance on the TOEIC tests! Anyway thats for later.
I met my Filipina well over a year ago now and whilst I was working in Asia she pretty much lived with me for 7 months.
I've been dragged back to London by my employer and we got engaged a few months back, and now I am going through the Fiancee Visa Process with the help of SIAM Legal (Manila Visa).
I have been to Manila (4 times now) where my Fiancee lives met her parents - in fact I came back from there just last Wednesday. Whats frustrating is that I cant afford another trip until she comes to the UK but she is not as educated and certainly didnt study English. She speaks mainly PHENGLISH and I am desperately trying to get her to be clearer in written communication (fb, Blackberry BBM and Skype).

I cant wait for the day we marry and we develop the next chapter of our lives, and I hope I can help people in return for their help.
I am an IT Security Professional but still find this whole process daunting!
I am totally overloaded with stress in my life at the moment - buying a new house/car new job and then trying to help her into the UK!!

Anyway one step at a time and things will work themselves out - but all I think about is that day we can be together.

I will post my questions in another part of the forum.

Cheers

Tone

Hi!
I go down to St.Evenage (posh part I believe!) from time to time as my sister lives there - when my Fiancee comes into the UK we should arrange to meet - would be good to meet some couples who have gone where we are going right now.

Thanks for the welcome!
Tone
