Just seen a report on BBC news whereby in Brazil some restaurants, mainly buffets, charge you by weight. So you fill up your plate, weigh it, and pay per kilogram. Great idea, and would probably cut down on waste in places like the US.

Sounds like good value if you only eat lobster, not so good if you have a plate full of rice though:icon_lol:

I know of eat as much as you can Resturants normaly Chinese in the Uk but some in Phill which charge by weight for food left on the plate.

In a buffet I get what I know I can eat, if I want anymore I'll go back for a little. I don't leave food, just bones, skin, fat :Erm: .... OK ... that's food for some folk :icon_lol:

So do I ... there's an 'Eat All You Can', buffet-style Chinese Restaurant :t11t2: of this style in Perth.
