Wayne Rooney was caught up in a Twitter row after offering to fight a 'fan' who abused him on the social networking site.
The footballer told a user 'I'll put u asleep in 10 seconds' and told him to come down to his training ground to see him.
And today he attacked Piers Morgan on the site branding his show 'boring' after the television host accused Rooney of a 'transfer u-turn'.

I read the other day he's only just started using Twitter - it seems his spelling is a bit better than the idiot, however like plenty of other players its not taken him long to make a fool of himself on it.
As I've stated before I think all of this social networking stuff is both dangerous and daft.

I agree Les:xxgrinning--00xx3: I've never seen the point of Twitter and all celebrities are bothered about is how many billions of followers they have. Why do these idiots feel the need to update the world every 15 minutes with pointless trivial rubbish like " I'm just going for a poo", "phew, that one smelled rotten" or " my snot is luminous green today"
Facebook on the other hand is a fantastic way of keeping in touch with people. Sceptics like to complain about privacy and security, but a few minutes tweaking the user settings sorts that out :xxgrinning--00xx3:

It's a laugh how all these footballers are closing their accounts after getting bombarded with abuse. I read today how a Birmingham players wife let the cat out of the bag by tweeting that they were all out on the pop till 4am

The problem with pro footballers and their WAGS is that to compensate for their superior ball juggling skills most were at the back of the queue when common sense was given out:icon_lol:

Tevez is another mercenary on the look out for a new club with a billionaire owner.
As for Shrek, at least he can score in a brothel:icon_lol:

His record is impressive. Actually he should be respected for the fact that unlike his alledged squeaky clean team mate he didn't cowardly hide behind a super injunction. Well done Fat Boy :xxgrinning--00xx3:
