Good Evenning,

I have another visa question.....

As it is very expensive we are considering the idea that my wife and baby will join me now then the two older children can follow in say 6 months time.

How can we apply for the visa for the two boys from the UK. Does it have to be done in Manila or can we apply for them here in UK....

Also is it a harder process to get their visas after my wife has joined me here....is it better they get them all at same time

Thanks any advice is great

From what I recall, at some stage my ex had to present herself WITH the kids at the British Embassy and other local govt. offices in Manila.

I'm sure procedures will be even stricter now, with the anti-people-trafficking laws.

I would definately plan for your wife to be THERE to process all paperwork, as the boys wouldn't be permitted to travel out of the Phils unaccompanied anyway.

The children need to apply at the British Embassy Manilla, you cannot apply in the UK.
