One of my faves from that era, when I was about 8....there were so many though . I was well into music from being very young, AND girls.
Sounded better on a Dansette record player of course. :egyptian:

This one used to make us kids laugh, and I still LOVE it ! :D
Just creates perfectly the American Graffiti type atmosphere too.

Yes, I remember wondering that too, but as dad was in the Navy he was able to tell me. :)
(LOVE that Venus in blue jeans by the way).
Here's my fave home-grown band at the time....pre-Beatles, and probably got more kids playing guitar....
