I've got doubts it would happen, i can see the gov losing any case brought before the court of human rights, they've got a pretty :censored: record of winning cases like this :laugher:

at least 1/3 of appeals are won, so at least 1/3 of the time the HO was wrong to refuse the visa anyway.. and you can't appeal :icon_lol:
