like pete says, you can get lists from the local banks, maybe ask your wifes family to ask for you?

Just be double extra triple quadruple sure that the title is perfectly clean.
Sometimes even the banks don't stick to their own rules. :D

Worth checking as well as having full ownership of the land that no debts are secured on the land what usage (I dont know the formal title used in phill) the land is allowed to be used for.

Normally just needs the mayor and townhall to do his stuff in many places it appears from our own experiences. The wifes hometown mayor must have the entire contents of M n S in his house I think thanks to all the gifts the Wife and her family give him :rolleyes:

Bare in mind that any repossessed property here will have been looked at in detail by bank staff and their "partners" long before details were published.. Any too good to be true deals will usually be kept in house one way or another..

Well said Fred, that was our view when we started looking through the list of foreclosed properties, most of them seemed to be junk. same a s a lot of the new sub divisions that never seem to get completed, I am thinking of the one we nearly bought into at Balite on the AC to San Fernando road some 15 years ago, Looks very shabby now.
