I think it would help if you gave some more information about your current immigration status here in the UK (also, I'm assuming you're a lady ?)....how long you have been resident here etc. :)

The last time I checked, the Philippines DOES require a CNI (Certificate of No Impediment)

Check here for good info:-
http://www.fco.gov.uk/en/travel-and-living-abroad/births-deaths-marriages-civil/marriage-and-civil-partnerships/

and here:-
http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Governmentcitizensandrights/Registeringlifeevents/Marriagesandcivilpartnerships/DG_175716

The documents needed for all marriages abroad are:-

- Full birth certificates showing both parents' names
- Valid Passports
- If divorced, show your original final divorce papers
- If widowed, show the death certificate of your former spouse
- If you have changed your name at any time then show legal proof of the change
- The bride and groom must not be related by blood, marriage or adoption according
to UK and local laws.

Some countries also require:-

Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage
This can be obtained from your local department of foreign affairs or your embassy in the country in which you are getting married.

Apostille Stamp
Some countries require foreign legal documents to be stamped with an apostille which then makes them legal documents in that country.

Certificate of Single Status/Sworn Affidavit that you are free to marry
Similar to a Certificate of No Impediment, but instead you addionally have to swear you are single in front of a legal representative.

Good luck
