question regarding tenancy agreement..DOWNLOADED?

hey guys any of you have submitted a tenancy agreement downloaded online and revise by the landlord and had it certified with a solicitor?

i dont see any problem as long as its certified by a solicitor

you need at least 6 months left on the agreement or if less then a letter from the landlord stating your intentions to extend the agreement, also
you need a letter from the landord stating its ok for you to live there to

and also evidence it will not be over crowded :rolleyes:
