Letter headings for spouse visa application

This might seem a random question. :icon_lol: When composing letters for the spouse visa application, who are the letters addressed to and what is the address put on the top of the letter? My boss was asking me earlier I said the Entry clearance officer for the person that the letter is for. and the UK embassy in the Philippines address. Just want to double check. For sponsorship letters that's correct.
