Question about Civil Wedding in Quezon City

hello everyone! Im just new here, i have a british fiancee.can u pls help me. do u need to have marriage license before you can book a judge/reverend for a civil wedding in quezon city hall? does anybody there had their wedding in quezon city hall?

Yep you need to have a marriage license first, before you can book for a judge. Dont forget his CNI philippines version. :)
