Hello Again,
http://www.healthystart.nhs.uk/
Using the above site and after filling up the questions on the site, it says that we may qualify for 2 voucher(s) a week worth £6.20.
Before we send the form, I just would like to ask, would this be considered as public fund?
(just making sure since we will be applying for ILR soon):)
Appreciate your gracious advice/s.
Thank you
Terpe

Braveheart, I've got to be totally honest with you here.
Your question is a little bit problematic for direct answer.
1. In principle, those healthy start vouchers are NOT within Public funds...
but...........
2. You MUST research, why are the vouchers being issued? I say this simply because the entitlement to such vouchers depends upon the claiming of certain other benefits.
I do not want you to publish here all you the benefits you are claiming, that's your business my friend. But please just ask yourself what is being claimed?
Just please understand and confirm for yourself that there is no issue with benefits you are getting that give rise to the entitlement to those vouchers.
No harm in asking the relevant authorities at all.
My opinion is that is SHOULD be OK, but without detailed info on your very personal circumstances I do not feel comfortable to give any positives. Hope you can understand my relunctance.

I understand Terpe. Apologies for the above post. Don't mean to flaunt the benefits entitlement, just simply want further understanding, opinions and learn about anyone's experience/s regarding the subject matter (and in my previous posts).
Thank you very much for your time, advice and understanding. :)

No probs Braveheart, didn't mean any offence BTW.
Just don't want to say it's OK without full disclosure.
My feeling based on your previous posts is that all is OK.
But only you know what you're claiming.
God Bless
