hi everyone

Have anyone try to submit a scan filled up appeal form and attach it in the email and send it to the Appeal Team in the British Embassy? Is it acceptable? or is it really the original filled up appeal form that they are needed?

Hope to hear your response..Thank u

have you not recieved three forms when your visa was refuse?

1. written notice of refusal
2. notice of appeal
3. leaflet expalining the appeal process

you must complete and return it to the ECO within 28 days receipt of the notice.
and
you can also email them a copy of all the documents and forms you submitted and inquire about the development of your case.

hi sars,

yes I received three forms. We submit a letter for reconsideration and additional supporting documents but not the appeal form yet. The British Embassy email me saying they acknowledge the receipt of my letter of reconsideration but however I didn't fill up the appeal form. so we will be going to submit an appeal form. This is the email ad they use when they send me an email. manilavisaenquiries@fco.gov.uk.. Is this the email add I will use as well in sending the scanned fill up appeal form and additional evidence for an appeal? or better will do it by courier or fax in sending it to the British Embassy?
