CEBU, Philippines – Three girls were rescued from a cybersex operation in Barangay Cogon, Cordova, Cebu Tuesday afternoon.

Three other women, who coached the kids to perform sexual acts in front of the computer with camera, were detained.

The operation was headed by members of the Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) and non-government organization, Children’s Legal Bureau. The group served the search warrant to the suspects Marilou Tabada and Salome Ligan.

Tabada, who was the owner of the house, was not around when they served the warrant. Ligan was there but was able to escape because authorities immediately ran to rescue the children.

All were caught in the act performing nude in front of the webcam.

The children were 17, 12, and 9 years old.

Supt. Rodulfo Albotra, PIB Chief said they conducted surveillance for 2 months after they received information from a walk-in informant regarding the cybersex operation in the house.

He said the house was allegedly intentionally built for cybersex.

It is located far from other houses in the barangay and has wireless internet connection used by a single set of computer with webcam.

Albotra said young girls would go to the house every afternoon.

When they do their services in front of the webcam, the adults who supervise them would close all the windows and doors.

The three other women present during the raid were caught coaching the children what to do in front of the webcam.

Among the adults was the mother of the 9-year-old girl.

The minors were immediately turned over to the Department of Social Welfare and Development while the 3 adults were detained at the Cebu Provincial Police Office.

Last month, also in Cordova town, authorities were able to rescue 6 young siblings from a cybersex operation.
A qualified trafficking case was filed against the parents of the children.

This is an example of the EVILs of the internet.

I'm nearly as shocked by what can be seen on youtube...by anyone's kids.:NoNo:

The owners of these popular sites really should police them properly, or expect to be treated in the same way as any other porn site.

:NoNo: it's a shame that some (sick) parent/s wants easy money using their child/children. Why can't they not do as others do like selling sweets & cigarettes in the streets? selling veges/fruits? That's a decent job that I know. :NoNo:If other's can, why can't they?

Easy money, more lucrative to sell their child innocence and get them to expose flesh anonymously online,BUT its supply and demand,if there werent western pedophiles demanding such shows there wouldnt be Pinay mums selling their kids :NoNo: One of those girls is 17 and described as a child :Erm: there was a 17 year old kid as a forum member earlier this year who wanted to marry her mid-40's british boyfriend

Yaiks. But I do agree with you Tawi2 "BUT its supply and demand"....
The least we can do is to report it right away. This people as blinded with (easy) money. Way back in 2004, in the south part of Cebu (moalboal), had beach outing with training collegues for our last day in training & we seen this foreign man having meal with a group of young children (boys/ girls - 10-15y.o.). So we thought, it's nice of him. Then later he gave gifts to each of them. To our surprise this gifts are sexy underwear & one by one they went to this foreign man's room. So we reported it right away to the resort manager to keep an eye on that man. Then before evening a surveillance group came. We didn't know what happened next as we are about to leave that night :NoNo:

I have seen many, many guys in Pinas, thailand, cambodia etc who I knew deep down were pedophiles  Next time your in the shopping Malls in Cebu or Davao watch the very old puti guys who sit in coffee-shops just looking;) but pinas also has home grown pedophiles,I once watched ABS-CBN,it was a long time ago,a re-enactment of an old lolo who had raped and murdered his 8 or 9 year old grand-daughter then set fire to the family home in an attempt to conceal his crime :NoNo: people deep down are animals, some are good, some are bad, some you just cant fathom out :Erm:

:xxgrinning--00xx3: true. And it's not only in Pinas...it's all over where the demand is. :NoNo:tsk tsk tsk. Oh life. Just hope that there's always a concern citizen to report this matters straight away to the authority. We didn't know, this people commit the same offense from where they came from.
