Guys & Girls ,
I have a question?
For FLR will my A1 english test from my fiancee visa be ok for FLR or do i need another test here?
Also im confused as to how you can prove the 2 years of accounts and bills it asks for as fiancee visa is valid only 6 months
Im only here since May 11 and married on 25 July
I want to apply my FLR soon

Why is it all so confusing

YenYen:xxgrinning--00xx3:

Thanks in advance

... this is for ILR, not FLR, so don't panic/worry about that

YenYen,
Here is The FLR application form (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/applicationforms/flr/formflrm1020091.pdf)

Here is the FLR Guidance (http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/applicationforms/flr/guideflrm1020091.pdf)

Don't get confused with ILR. Just take a look through the above links and ask if you're still unsure.

Be sure to complete the FLR application as soon as possible after the wedding, and with plenty of time before the expiry of the fiancee visa.
You already have the English language requirement when you applied your Fiancee Visa.

Happy reading :icon_lol:

Hi Yen,
Dont worry and dont get panic.
Your FLR is gonna be so easy.
You had the english exam before you came over here and thats valid enough for your further leave to remain in the UK.

Just fill up the right application form. Not too sure though how long you have to wait for the visa. But as soon as you have your marriage certificate, apply for your FLR .

Goodluck and Congrats again!

We'll have to hook up one day gurl...you're aint that far from me. We can go shopping in town. Let me know...or you can pop in in our little apartment and i'll cook some pinoy food for you. Hows that? Let me know, oryt?

Anyways, enjoy your honeymoon. :)

Well you don't have to worry about this as long as you have all the requirements. I am now married to a Scot and been here in the UK (Scotland) since May. Not sure about the English Test in Cebu but you can get this info at their website. They will give you list of valid test center.

I applied for my Fiancee Visa last April and got the result in less than a month. Good luck with your application and keep us updated.
